Returns: All orders are final, we do not allow refunds due to sanitary concerns. If your item is damaged upon arrival, make sure to email us a photo with proof no later than a day after you receive your product so that we can speak on whether we can send you a replacement or any type of refund.

Shipping: Processing takes 1-2 days after you have placed your order. (most likely one day) Shipping will take 2-7 days after shipped. When the USPS has your package we cannot control the speed of your package arriving.
